Mrs. Katelyne Ghémar is a Trade Expert specialised in regulatory market access issues (access requirements and their implementation), with a specific experience in the countries covered by the project. Over the last 15 years, she has worked in various EU funded projects on bilateral and regional level, related to trade issues and aiming at supporting EU companies to improve their access and business conditions in Latin American markets.

Mr. Stark is an Economist and Master of Science in Macroeconomics and Development specialized in international economics, public finances, institutional development and public policies. Mrs. Morán is a Lawyer specialized in corporate law. She has worked as an advisor to various Ministers of Industry and Foreign Trade as a Government Policy-Maker. She was the Chief of the Trade Capacity Building Table and Member of the Peruvian Negotiating Team for the Free Trade Agreement with U.S., among other negotiation´s process.

Mrs. Couto has combined backgrounds in biotechnology and business professions, together with a broad international coverage. She serves as an alliance manager and innovation management consultant for governments, academia and enterprises in high-tech industries. She has been in charge of the legal and macroeconomic affairs at the Economic Department of the French Embassy in Bogota handling trade matters and following Colombian market access barriers for French companies.
